A Model United Nations (MUN) event was successfully organized with the participation of students from the English Language Teaching Department.
The event brought together prospective teachers in a simulated diplomatic environment, where they represented different countries and engaged in discussions on global issues. Through formal debate sessions, students enhanced their public speaking, critical thinking, and negotiation skills while gaining firsthand experience in international diplomacy.
Among the participants, students Selenay Kuralay and Kubilay Gök were awarded “Country Awards” for their outstanding performance.
The event concluded with positive feedback from participants, who emphasized the value of such practice-oriented academic activities in supporting both their professional and personal development.
